I stole this from someone else's comment, but they both use British spelling of words. Look:
POST says "favour" in his second argument:

POST also says "apologise" in his first argument:

In the sixth comment on the following debate, DT says "patronising":

They both use 3rd grade insults:

Of course, both of their profiles are hidden, but I bet if they unhid them it would show that POST's account was created right after PEACE&LOVE claimed to "leave" the site.
