Citing the success of the Maoists' decade-long insurgency that ended the feudal monarchy of Nepal and brought democracy to that country, Bush said he was looking forward to a partnership with the Maoists to end the rule of Middle East monarchs in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
The democratically elected leader of Iran, Ali Akhbar Hashemi Rafsanjani immediately pledged his support for ending the rule of the Saudi Arabian monarchs in particular.
Meeting with the Nepalese Maoists' leader and elected assembly member, known by his nom-de-guerre, Prachandra, Bush said, "I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straightforward and trustworthy. We had a very good dialogue. I was able to get a sense of his soul; a man deeply committed to his country and the best interests of his country".
Bush explained, "It's time for the 'domino theory' of spreading democracy in the Middle East to get a little push, Mao-Mao-style."

I don't understand. You framed the topic to appear as an Onion-esque article, not a debatable topic.
But just in case you believe Bush would ally with Maoist insurgents, I would like to voice my disagreement. You see, Bush isn't really concerned with democracy in the Middle East--he is concerned with oil in the Middle East. So, here's how the situation should really play out:
"Citing the success of Middle Eastern dictators in dominating the world's oil market, President Bush invites them to help out in running the United States.
Citing the success of oppressive and authoritarian governments that quelled democratic dissent and lavished the royal families with oil profits, Bush said he was looking forward to a joint-leadership with dictators like King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.
The royally-appointed King Abdullah immediately pledged to end drilling bans and democracy in the United States.
Meeting with the king, Bush said, 'I looked at the man in the eye--as often as I could between my kissing of his _ss. We had a very good dialogue. He promised to make the Bush and Cheney families the richest in the land, and would occasionally allow me the pleasure of sitting on his lap.'

...and I would have kept going, except I ran out of space. Your imagination can take you the rest of the way.
