Obviously, this is a political debating site thus the name, the layout, and the creator of the site is Time Magazine. They inform you of this site when you go to their political page on the Time website. So my question to all my fellow debaters old and new is ???Why are we talking about subjects that have no direct or indirect effect on politics or government???? This needs to stop, and it needs to stop now. If you want to talk about rappers, lyrics, etc. go blog about it, but it has no place here on elephant-donkey.com unless it is political. I like hip hop just as much as the next revolutionary, or anyone, but it has no place on this site unless it is relevant to politics!!! Thanks
P.S. If you are going to post anything else, at least try to use correct grammar.

Although this website is focused on political issues, you are not the one to decide what other people post about. Anyone can post about anything, and if someone is willing to debate it, then good for them. If you really can't stand non-political debates, then just ignore them. You don't have to click on them.

I never stated I am the one that decides the debates; all I stated is that this is a POLITICAL DEBATING site. When you go to time.com and click on the politics tab, right where it introduces you to elephant-donkey.com, it has these words in bold print START A POLITICAL FACE OFF that is what makes it a political site. As far as ignoring non political debates I should not have to because they don't belong here period..Thanks

You shouldn't have to avoid them? This is the dumbest thing to complain about. You really can't stand seeing non-political debates? Again, if you don't like them, don't open them, don't read them, and don't start them. I admit that the focus is political. Time says you can start a political face off because you can do exactly that. But the makers of this site didn't make any restrictions or limitations.
