John McCain is truly a dedicated american hero and I Like and respect him very much. The Republican party has a paramount task ahead of them. Sen Obama has started a movement in this country that is unlike anything I have ever seen in my 62 years. The vast majority of the democratic voters have rallied aoround this movement for change. Independents and even some republican are going the movement of change. For the first time in the history of this country Americans have put aside racial barriers and spoken out that the time has come for change and this black man will bring about that change.

As a Democrat who hopes the next president will be a Democrat (Clinton is my favorite, but I'd vote for Obama, too), I wish you were right. Unfortunately, you aren't.
John McCain has a good chance of defeating Barack Obama in November, especially if Democrats will be over-confident like you are. In a McCain vs. Obama election we would have one of the most experienced leaders in our country running against one of the most inexperienced ones. Republicans will start attacking Obama more heavily than Hillary Clinton ever has and his popularity will be hurt.
Oh, and don't forget that the primary season isn't over yet. Clinton may still end up the Democratic nominee. When you say "The vast majority of the democratic voters have rallied aoround this movement for change" you are flat out wrong. Clinton and Obama have more or less split the popular vote. Obama has a slight lead at best. He has nowhere near a vast majority.
