Obama should be careful not to release a dangerous or top militant only because there are no evidence of physical action(for example if someone maybe only did top planning, not someone executing orders).
If criminal laws doesn't cover terrorisme, as is the case in Indonesia's Bali Bombing, at once should be made a new law for terrorism (differing from ordinary crimes eg. one could be detained by intelligence evidences only)

Gitmo should be shut down, as with all of our other Prisons that supposedly house "terriorists". That's a GWB thing. Let's stop being The Cowboy....
