Obama's PA strategy of campaigning in Clinton strongholds will pay dividends in the general if he wins the nomination.

Obama's best shot at winning Pennsylvania, or at least closing the gap, is rallying Democrats in and around Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, the state's two largest cities. So why is he spending so much time in central Pennsylvania? "This is good old-fashioned retail campaigning, with perhaps a feint to surprise and unbalance the Clinton campaign and force her to contest every delegate," said Donald Kettl, a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lets acknowledge this first, Clinton is leading in Pennsylvania with a margin that no other Democrat has in the past four decades. 9 points to be exact. She's attractive to economically viable and industrial states, that was proven in Oh & TX. I'll give credit to Obama, for narrowing Clinton's lead but you have to understand that Clinton's strategy is different. She lets the Obama camp outspend her on tv and radio adverts early, and when the public is tired of their ads, she hits the radio and television sets with powerful and effective adverts closer to the primary. giving Obama and all those who came before him no chance to react.I speak form the Advertising and Marketing background, the voters normally go with the last and freshest message they can remember and that normally is Clinton's. In the business of advertising, you are as good as your last advert. What the Clinton campaign does is to release a strong and controversial advert so that there is an ongoing debate after the ads release. This helps them to stay on air for longer.Clinton is spending less in all the big States, but comes out victorious(TX, NY, Oh, Tennessee, Califonia, Oklh, Massachussetts. its called Strategy.

2 months remaining for the next argument...

Well now it is only a 4 point lead that Mrs. Clinton has over Obama, and she only won the Texas primaries, not all of Texas, Obama ended up with more delegates from Texas at the end of the day. I should know I live here in Dallas, Texas and I am a delegate. Can't wait til the state convention. :)
