Republicans will refuse to cooperate with Hillary Clinton, if she gains the presidency.

Hillary's views on health care and spending will completely alienate even the most moderate republicans. I also doubt that a moderate democrat would be willing to take up a recreation of 94's Hillarycare. Hillary terms as president would likely be just as divisive as the Bush presidency. For one who wants to unify the country, she doesn't cut it.

Your loss, Its not the Republicans in Washington Hillary is concerned about but the millions of Americans who go without health care while loosing most of their life savings on Health, those who get turned away from Health facilities because they cannot afford. Ofcoz, all these congress people and senators have enough so why would they cooperate. This is not just something personal to Hillary but the DNC has been pushing for legislation that would see the gap between the haves and the have nots being narrowed when it comes to (among other things) health. NEXT.

Simply because Bush and some Ultra-Right republicans claim the healthcare system doesn't need reform does not mean that the majority of Republicans are agree. Most are willing to change the system. My claim is that the system that Hillary suggests will only put the country further into debt, (in the first 6 years of Hillary's plan, it would cost as much as Iraq) and would not help to unify the country. My point is that a moderate congressman (i include members of both parties) will not support a socialist healthcare system. This is currently what is being proposed by both democrates (obama to a lesser extent). Who Hillary cares about is irrelevant. If no one is willing to cooperate with her (which is the topic i was expecting you to address) she cannot create any new system of healthcare.

At least we will be saving lives and not killing people. Thats the bottom line. I'm cool with spending the same or more money we are spending in Iraq saving the lives of all, not just the rich, than to kill innocent children and women of Iraq.

Who is this 'we' you mention? Hillary, by herself, will not save any lives and congress will not go along with the socialist agenda she is presenting. You have yet to argue anything relevant to this debate. All you have done is say that anyone who does not want to be appart of Hillary's crusade is killing people. This is an outright lie. As I have previously stated, almost every Republican and Democrat wants to reform the healthcare system. However, next to none will support the system that she is proposing.

I fail to see how referancing the killing of 'innocent children and women of Iraq' supports the idea that a Hillary presidency will unite the country. Hillary will widen the divide between Republicans and Democrats throughout the nation. I will go as far as to say that she was and is the worst choice for president in 08 in order to unite the country. You claim Hillary's healthcare will save lives, but she will not be able to implement this plan. That is the argument you have not addressed.

Here you go again, derailing. This debate is not about Uniting the United States, its setting the contrast between the ill informed WAR and a much needed HEALTH CARE. Your argument is that the cost of Hillary's Health Plan will cost the US more than what the war has, and I'm saying to you for the millionth time that as a tax payer, I'd rather my money is spent on saving lives rather than taking lives in exchange for OIL. I hope I've tried to be as simple as possible so you can follow.

Objectivity could help here if you stopped for once looking at Hillary with the hating eyes.

''All of these congresspeople'' would cooperate, despite allegedly ''having enough'' because that is their job, and in order to hold that job and keep having enough, they need to be productive. Wow.

for the record Republicans recognize the need to reform health care, in the opposite direction hillary wants to take, but seriuosly can anyone think of a more polarizing figure than hillary, i think W is less polarizing and he's actually had presidential experience.

REPS recognize the need for change in healthcare...but socialism is def not the answer...

Universal health care =/= socialism. Please learn what the definition of socialism is. Socialism is a economic system in which the economy is controlled by the state and (hypothetically) spead equally.

Why should I have to pay for your healthcare if you don't take care of yourself? I shouldn't, and I won't.

Title: Republicans will refuse to cooperate with Hillary Clinton, if she gains the presidency. "Here you go again, derailing. This debate is not about Uniting the United States" Perhaps you ought to re-read what this debate is about.
