God created abortion. And God is the biggest abortionist around.
It is estimated that up to 50% of all fertilized eggs die and are aborted spontaneously, usually before the woman knows she is pregnant. [1]
Among known pregnancies, the rate of spontaneous abortion is about 15-20% and usually occurs before the 13th week of pregnancy. [2]
The spontaneous loss of a fetus before the 20th week of pregnancy is also known as a miscarriage. Pregnancy losses after the 20th week are called preterm deliveries.
Worldwide, the incidence of non-diety induced abortion is 26% of known pregnancies.
The high rate of elective abortion worldwide reflects the frequent occurrence of unplanned pregnancy in many developed and developing countries, a result of far from universal (although increasing) contraceptive use. Unwanted pregnancy and abortion can be reduced by expanding and improving family planning services. [3]
Anti-abortion advocates should be devoting their efforts to expanding and improving family planning services and to asking their God to stop killing the unborn.

Dying of natural causes is not the same as ???God killing someone??? no matter what religious or atheistic orientation you may be. Even if you consider death by natural cause to be divine murder, the fact that deaths occur would not justify taking life. This debate should be about whether or not the infant is a life. I would much rather risk ???overpopulation??? than causing the death of additional lives. Every person I have spoken to who has received an abortion says it weighs heavy on their conscience. Even the women who took abortion to court in Roe v Wade is now starkly anti-abortion. But hey, people die of heart attacks, old age, and miscarriage, so maybe we???re justified in continuing nature???s rampage.

Dying of natural causes is not the same as God killing someone you say. Because God didn't create nature? Ask the anti-abortion protesters about this point and see what they say. As painful as it might be to admit, from their standpoint, God indeed create nature so that 50% of all human pregnancies are spontaneously aborted. God did create abortion and God is the biggest abortionist around.
Every person I have spoken to who has received an abortion from God says it weighs heavy on them. They wanted their baby and God killed it.
"This debate should be about whether or not the infant is a life" you say. As I said, up to 50% of all fertilized eggs die and are aborted spontaneously. You want to prove that when that happens, God has taken yet another life? Feel free to debate that.
What I am saying is really quite simple and clear. Anti-abortion advocates should be devoting their efforts to expanding and improving family planning services and to asking their God to stop killing the unborn.

I agree. What you are saying is very clear???and simple. I must
regrettably point you conceded that ???natural abortions??? as you call
them lay heavy on a woman???s mental well being. Imagine the increased
psychological damage when they know the action was their choice.
Regarding God. You don???t know my religious beliefs. How do you know I???m
not an atheist? The only person who has asserted the existence of God
in this discussion has been you. Personally, I???m leaving him out of the
discussion regarding what HUMANS should do. Are you going to criticize
God for natural abortions or thank him for natural abortions? You have
actually attacked the concept of abortion by implying God is evil for
making it happen. Are you attacking pro-life or venting your
frustrations of what you claim God does.

You might well want to leave God out of a debate about God, but I don't care to discuss the mole on your buttocks that looks like Jesus or whatever you think we should talk about instead. I want to debate about how God loves abortion. Thats why I created a debate called "God loves abortion" Seemed like you kind of missed that when you accepted this debate, huh?
I do indeed conceed the truth, that "spontaneous abortion" (as medical literature calls them) lay heavily on a woman. They wanted their baby and God killed it.
You ask, "Are you attacking pro-life...". Well, I'm not attacking them so much as pointing out that they should be engaged in the issue of abortion a certain very specific way.
So, now, the third time, I'll say: Anti-abortion advocates should be devoting their efforts to expanding and improving family planning services and to asking their God to stop killing the unborn.
So far your argument against that is...nothing.
Let me know when you are ready to begin debating the topic "God loves abortion" and address my points about expanding and improving family planning services and asking God to stop killing the unborn, OK?

I refuse to speculate what God (whose existence you never prove or even discuss) likes or doesn't like. I thought you meant this to be an abortion debate and quite frankly that's all I wanted to participate in. If any voters want to stick to the letter of the resolution in this case then may I point out that a) while he did prove the existence of miscarriage he never proved how God feels about it and b) he never proved God exists. There is a massive logical leap from miscarriages happen (which everyone already knows) to God hates abortion. He never proved anything and if voters want to judge the abortion debate he conceded that I won that.
if we took that arguement as fact, we could also say God loves genocide, after all volcano do erupt, earthquakes destroy cities, tornados, hurricanes, plagues, etc. C'mon don't invoke God and make it joke.
