McCain housing bill calls for 100 year mortgages in Iraq for America's middle class.

Senator John McCain has offered a solution to the meltdown in the U.S. housing market, calling for billions of dollars in mortgage aid to help distressed homeowners finance a home in the newly democratic country of Iraq.

"We all know a democracy is built only with the help of a strong middle-class, and a strong middle class needs the help of easy affordable home ownership", remarked McCain. "Our 100-year fixed-rate mortgage will help strengthen democracy in Iraq by bringing the U.S. middle-class, now facing foreclosure at home, to a new home in our occupied territories in the Middle East".

McCain observed, "Our brave fighting men and woman in Iraq are looking forward to the home cooked meals that will soon be offered by the many thousands of newly resettled refugees from the U.S. housing crisis . This can only help our troops in this long long, long terribly long Iraq war".

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHA!!!!!!! you obviously don't know your John Mccain. All i have to really do is prove the his housing bill doesn't call for 100 year mortgages in Iraq for America's middle class."Our 100-year fixed-rate mortgage will help strengthen democracy in Iraq by bringing the U.S. middle-class, now facing foreclosure at home, to a new home in our occupied territories in the Middle East". <<<<< This is completely made up.

What i'm about to tell you is Mccain's housing plan. WHICH I GOT FROM JOHN MCCAIN'S SITE! so this is the link to his economic plan: http://www.johnmccain.com/Informing/Issues/4dbd2cc7-890e-47f1-882f-b8fc4cfecc78.htm
Never once on his own site does he mention anything about sending the middle class to Iraq and providing 100 year mortgages to them. I would like the website or source in which you found those quote. If you can't provide them then you clearly made it up.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHA!!!!!!! you obviously don't know satire.

Mr. McCain offers very little to deserving homeowners caught by the credit crunch. However, he does offer us a future in Iraq however - a long-term troop presence, for "a hundred", ???a thousand years??? or ???a million years'." [1] Why not provide housing to deserving Americans in that country also? If we can try to import democracy to Iraq, why not import our middle-class as well?

And why are you against providing our troops in Iraq with home-cooked meals? With that kind of stance, I think you will not do well in this debate. Mom, apple pie, and our flag are apparently not all that important to Mark.

i'm not opposed to that. all i'm saying is that Mccain's plan for the mortgage crisis is not to create hundred year mortgages in Iraq for middle class americans. i even gave you the exact site for his plan. here it is again.

In what way is your link to McCain's plan for his imaginary presidency any more significant than my link to a very real look at how McCain flip-flops. McCain is for a long presence in Iraq, then against it, then for it. It's all right there at the links: [1] & [2].

McCain's flip-flopping "for-against-for", "long-short-long" plan is for U.S. troops to be in Iraq for 20, 25, 50, 100, "a thousand years" or "a million years".

I know you fervently believe in the reality of McCain's plan for his imaginary presidency. I just as strongly believe in the real truth underlying my humor here.

McCain' plan is to mortgage America's future in Iraq. McCain' plan is to spend more American dollars and spill more American blood to try to import democracy to Iraq. McCain may just as well try to import America's middle-class to Iraq! That plan makes just as much sense! Hence my satirical look at an imaginary plan for an imaginary McCain presidency. You grasp neither the humor nor the truth of it.

Let's see McCain's plan to bring our troops home. Give me that link. We need to let our troops have their home cooked meals in America, in their American homes, not in Iraq.

Mccain said he would keep troops in Iraq for a hundred or million years if necessary. Not solve the household mortgage crisis to Iraq. Anywayz, i don't think Mccain is going to become president but that is irrelevant to this debate. What is relevant is his plan. and you got it really wrong. He plans on keep middle class america, IN AMERICA!
