I just think that the Democrats are fighting a lot, and I see it on the news web sites every single day. I don't think it is good for the party over all, because each candidate is being very negative and it just makes American voters see the other as a bad candidate.
But the Democrats are going to be sorry when they go against John McCain because he isn't running against anyone right now. So he is having all this time to just travel and campaign, but meanwhile the Democrats are still trying to decide who the candidate will be.
It just isn't smart, and it will make Democratic voters vote for McCain in the end.
I'm new to debating, so please don't be rude to me if you are better.

I've got news for you, buddy. Of coruse the democrats have been fighting! Hillary is a selfish idiot! She is going to drag them all down, and we are going to win. No arguement there.
BUT! You point is WRONG cuz McCAin is going to win anyway! People in this country want to be safe, and we don't want another terrorist attack like the one we had on 9/11. That's why people are never going to vote for either one of those hippies. Because they just want to surrender and get out of Iraq and Afghanistan, and what will that do? CREATE MORE TERRORISTS!!

Sorry I didn't finish this sooner. I decided to stop using this site because there was just too much arguing. And not in a good way.
I mean my point is really still just that the Democrats should officially nominate a candidate soon. I hope it jappens on June 4 like they say.
Majestik, I don't think it's fair to say that McCain will have a presidency that makes us more safe form terrorists. He wants to continue the war in Iraq. Everybody knows that is making us less safe. And the war is unpopular.
Doesn't our country usually use diplomacy to get our way? What if we used like economic incentives to get other countries in the area to help us with the terrorists?
majestik said 05/22, 06:34 PM
Everybody knows that is making us "more safe"?? Then why do you think so many people are in support of the war? What the hell is your point?
Mike Hernandez said 05/23, 02:29 PM
Terrorism isn't what this debate is supposed to be about. I'm just saying that the party is split because of all of the fighting going on. It's kind of frustrating that you don't respond to the points I am making.
Again, I think that the candidates should stop fighting, unite the party and move forward, or else John McCain's chances are going to keep on going up.
But I don't think Hillary cares about the party. It seems like she just cares about saving face. So it looks like either this thing will go all the way, or she will force Obama to make her the vice president. It's really terrible.
majestik said 05/25, 09:07 PM
You say that John McCain will win IF the Dumbocrats don't get their **** together soon. BUT McCain is going to win anyway. That is my point, my friend. Obama is gonna be the nominee for the Dems. He is unelectable. People don't want someone they think might be a lying, Muslim, America hater who will surrender in Iraq. So it doesn't matter how long it takes for the Democrats to finish the nomination.
Majestik you may want to lay off the attitude, it doesn't convince people to support you. Just saying.

Report Offensive CommentMajestik, I think your claims are baseless. How is voting any of the Dems candidates will cause another terror attack? You realise that 9/11 happened during Republican term? This is by no means a credit to Dems but I just find your argument simply out of line. I suggest you read up on why the Democrats want out of Iraq. This should be an easy win Mike. But let's wait and see. I am waiting for Majestik to start debating the issue you raised and not raise his own in this debate. (The long drawn battle will cost them dearly). That's the issue.

Report Offensive CommentDonkeyDude proposes that we don't vote before the 6 arguments have been heard. I support him and would like everyone to join us. This will make sure that people complete their debates and not avoid finishing their debates when they are trailing in votes.
